Fire Watch and Safety Guards

Our team of certified Firewatch Officers provides round-the-clock protection for you and your properties, ensuring that our services always comply with OSHA and NFPA requirements, such as OSHA 29 CFR § 1915.504 – Fire watches and NFPA 101-3.3.91. On-site, our staff adheres to the NPFA 601 Standard for Security Services in Fire Loss Prevention, the rules of the local Fire Marshall, and our client’s specific fire watch needs.

According to NFPA 101-9.6.1.6*, if a required fire alarm or sprinkler system is out of service for more than 4 hours in 24 hours, the authority having jurisdiction must be notified. The building must be evacuated, or an approved fire watch must be provided for all parties left unprotected by the shutdown until the fire alarm system is operational.

Our Firewatch Team is available 24/7 to respond to emergency fire watch requests. They monitor hot work at construction sites, and as per IFC (3304.5.2), they can simultaneously perform security duties on construction sites. Additionally, they patrol private properties, commercial and government facilities, and special events for potential fire hazards, smoke, fire, flooding, and water main breaks, and respond to fire alarms.

Our Fire Watch guards are the industry’s most highly trained and easily distinguishable from patrons and facility and event employees.
